Our commission is 6% + VAT of the final selling price.

Required Documents:

• Title deed
• Public Property Registry Certificate
• Property tax receipt
• Water, electricity, and other utility bills
• CFDI invoice with add-on (only for properties purchased after April 2014)
• Valid official ID of the owner
• Birth certificate
• Marriage certificate (if applicable)

Only for Mexican citizens and residents:

• RFC certificate (Tax ID)
• CURP

Only for foreigners:

• Resident card (if applicable)
• Migration form
