Our commission is 6% + VAT of the final selling price.
Required Documents:
- Title deed
- Public Property Registry Certificate
- Property tax receipt
- Water, electricity, and other utility bills
- CFDI invoice with add-on (only for properties purchased after April 2014)
- Valid official ID of the owner
- Birth certificate
- Marriage certificate (if applicable)
Only for Mexican citizens and residents:
- RFC certificate (Tax ID)
- CURP
Only for foreigners:
- Resident card (if applicable)
- Migration form
